    Dont forget, you need to workout on a bench for half an hour and use a secondary bench to hold your drink, phone and dirty towel instead of letting someone else have access to it. Also, you need to hog the squat racks for 5 hours.

    # of reps has almost nothing to do with hypertrophy/toning/weight loss. if you want to burn calories, do cardio; you can't lose fat in a singled out body part
